- Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order, detailing your purchased items, shipping method, and estimated delivery time.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs, including:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2–3 business days for delivery within the United States.
- Express Shipping: Typically takes 1–2 business days for delivery within the United States.
For international shipments, delivery times vary based on the destination country and selected shipping method.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address.
- Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Expedited and Express shipping options are available for faster delivery at an additional cost.
- International Shipping: We offer shipping to select countries. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Shipping to International Locations
- International Delivery: We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other fees that may be incurred upon entry to their country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing may delay international shipments. HIRE SURI is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other government-related processes.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping Address: We can only ship to physical addresses; we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Service Availability: Shipping services may not be available in some regions due to shipping carrier restrictions or other factors. If shipping is not available to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order through the carrier’s website or our own tracking page.
- Delays: While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, high demand, or shipping carrier issues. If you experience a delay, please contact us for assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You will be asked to provide photos of the damaged item(s) for verification.
Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue.
Incorrect Address: If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, HIRE SURI is not responsible for reshipping or refunding the item. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct during checkout.
8. Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process and ship it. If you need to modify your order, such as changing the shipping address or shipping method, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
9. Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We are happy to ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note that delivery times may vary due to military handling and processing.
10. Shipping Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, certain unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, such as:
- Weather-related disruptions
- Shipping carrier delays
- High volume during peak seasons (e.g., holidays)
- Strikes or other logistical issues
HIRE SURI is not responsible for delays caused by any of these factors. We will, however, do our best to keep you informed and assist with resolving any shipping-related issues.
