1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items purchased directly from HIRE SURI under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, some products, such as diapers, bottles, or personal care products, may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Use the provided instructions to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Opened or used baby care products, including feeding bottles, pacifiers, and other hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges directly through our returns department.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure the item is received.

9. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please contact us for specific instructions on returning items from outside the U.S.
